This was our second experience at Uncle Julio’s in Schaumburg and we are hooked!!! This place has consistently delivered the quality food and beverages we expect and is unmatched for ambiance and hospitality. Our most recent visit was a business related function, and everyone associated with our comfort, from the welcoming smiles that greeted us upon entering, to our introduction to our server, (Alex), and his explanation of all the finer details included in the experience was top-notch. We were able to gather together and consult on some work related concerns, all while having the Uncle Julio’s team catering to our individual concerns. Food was spectacular, perfectly plated and delicious and all our non-alcoholic drinks were cold and refreshing. We will need to return to try those Margaritas!!! We even received a delightful visit from the Manager(Angelika) who greeted us with a warmth and kindness that made everything just perfect. It’s a testament to the leadership of the Uncle Julio’s leadership at the Schaumburg location. Thank you to Marcelo and Ryan for securing our patronage and loyalty moving forward, you both are consummate hosts and made this our first choice for a great overall dining experience.

Uncle Julio's in Schaumburg offers delicious traditional and contemporary Mexican-style food. Service is fast and friendly. We love their complimentary thin crisp chips and roasted tomato salsa. Kids and larger groups will love the chocolate, fruit and sweets-filled pinata. For a smaller, but delightful dessert, try the churro cake. Yum! Although all of the servers are great, we always ask for Alex. Such an accommodating and kind server!

Great food, warm inviting atmosphere, and extraordinarily attentive staff at EVERY level. Most especially, our waitress ALEXA who fulfilled our every need (despite the kitchen taking way too long to deliver our dinners), very professional, welcoming, and relatable in every interaction we had with her......she is the #1 reason we would return and ask to be seated in her area.

Uncle Julios is an outstanding fresh authentic Mexican Restaurant and service with a smile we've visited on 3 separate occasions and it's always the same great service Arthur was a delight very knowledgeable and service with a smile. The Manager Marcelo is so professional and makes sure he talks to every guest that comes in the establishment and it made us feel special when he recognized us from our last visit. Arthur keep your smile and friendly demeanor it makes the experience that much better. Marcelo keep up the good work see you soon kudos to team Schaumburg.

Friendly staff. We were attended to in time but the food took a while. Steak fajita and the tacos were perfectly made. Children friendly too

I love the food! They have a very decent menu and drinks options. The service was great! I tried their fajitas and it was awesome. The kids menu had a good option and a good portion of food. The drinks were delicious. There was no wait time. However, it actually took some time to get the food to table, but not too much of a wait. The ambiance was good and spacious. Overall I loved the place.

I stopped in here for some quick dinner before a show I was going to see. The location has a huge, very nice patio seating, and it's located pretty close to Cheesecake Factory. Olympia was my server, and she was fantastic. I was lucky to catch the happy hour, which ended at 6 pm, which is a great time. I was first seated out of the bar and saw the happy hour menu and asked if I could still get the spe ials not sitting in the bar because there was a notice on the menu that said only at the bar. The host said yes but then said "let me double check I don't want to give you incorrect information" I highly appreciated this she came back and said it was only in the bar area but offered me a booth in it and so I was seated there. I ordered the pulled chicken bowl and the qmhapoy hour guacamole. The chips are pretty thin but good, and the guacamole was served cold and delicious. The chicken bowl had some spice and great flavor. I might recommend adding some lime and / or sour cream, but it is still very good. While I was waiting for my food, I could see Ryan, the manager, brief his team, and you could see his passion for success. He later visited my table and we had a great conversation. I would definitely recommend checking out this place if you're in the area and want some delicious Mexican food. Go during happy hour for cheaper apps.
